PABLO TEIJEIRA
Chief Revenue Officer | Enterprise Sales Director
My name is Pablo Teijeira and I am pleased to meet you. Surely you don’t want to read endless boring data about my CV, so I will move to the truly interesting thing. Some months ago, during the confinement, I experimented what is known as an epiphany. In that hard moment we have all had to live I had the opportunity to ask myself: “What version of myself do I want to become?” Thereafter, I decided could be someone better. And here we are. With a new project in hand.
Hack The Sales is the result of my more than 15 years of experience in the world of sales. Throughout all this time, I have been able to verify this department needed a 360º vision. For this reason, I have had the great luck of leading important projects within commercial, marketing and general management departments in numerous multinational companies and start-ups. Do you want to know me a little more?
In this startup the work was pure action and adrenaline. The changes happened very quickly, so each client and partner was celebrated as a real triumph. At Sophos we took advantage of every opportunity in the market to implement marketing campaigns. In the end, what started out as a small company ended up with a turnover of more than 5 million euros per year.
In this case, working directly with the founders of their company was very motivating. In my hands I had the responsibility to make their “baby” grow. Everything was to be done in Copado. From the positioning of their products, to a strategic business plan. This situation was a great challenge that led us to bet on entering the U.S. market. In just 9 months the company reached a turnover of 11,000 euros per month. A real madness.
The challenge here was to work with a large, already professionalized multinational. Everything was measured in detail. However, I had to make a huge effort to reorganise and optimise their sales department, with the aim of specialice it by sector. The result could not have been better. After 3 years, we achieved a growth of more than 70%, reaching a turnover of more than 50 million euros per year.
Successful Cases
Copado started as a Spanish start-up specialized in the Salesforce universe in 2013. Its trust allowed us to be part of its great transformation. Throughout a whole year this company only managed to bill €1,200 / month. Thanks to pricing, positioning in the international market, as well as the generation of a quality pipeline, we reached €11,000 / month of invoicing in just 9 months. Nowadays Copado is valued at more than 130 million dollars. Federico Larsen (CEO and co-founder) “At a very early days of Copado, pre revenue, Pablo was a key for us to define our Go To Market strategy”.
Einzelnet is an Information Technology and Systems multi-specialist company that we helped to expand geographically. To that end, Hack The Sales analysed new growth opportunities and accompanied them with strategic actions that led us to close agreements. Additionally, we incorporated new decisive partnerships for the expansion of the company's market share, as well as for improving its turnover and market positioning. Throughout these months of work with Einzelnet, we have developed important projects that have consolidated the company as the leader of large accounts.>
Norstern is a multinational with Mexican origin, leader in security solutions. Its trust has made us its growth department, accordingly aligning sales, communication, marketing and finance strategies. In just two weeks, we have helped Nordstern to gain weight and recognition within the Spanish market. All this was possible thanks to a well-defined methodology, with monitoring KPIs and a sales team that has helped Nordstern to land in Spain.
Sophos is a leading global security software manufacturer company. Its mission is to protect 100 million people in 150 countries, as well as 100,000 companies. Hack The Sales had the opportunity to implement its business in Spain, increasing its turnover from € 100,000 / year to more than 5 million euros in just 5 years.
